Registration is now open for the 2013 meeting.
The preferred registration deadline is July 12, 2013 so we can plan for buses and food. Late registrations will be accepted. There will be no late fees except for on-site registration.
Full registration includes: Sunday reception, indoor sessions, handouts, field tours (M, T) or spouse tour (M, T), bus travel to field, breaks (M, T), lunch (M,T), banquet ( T), and meeting favor. All Sunday meals, Monday dinner and all breakfasts are on your own.
Those unable to attend the entire meeting may register for the banquet, spouse tour or one or more days separately as shown on the registration form.

The meeting headquarters will be the Ramada Inn Morgantown at 20 Scott Avenue
in Morgantown, West Virginia. Reservations should be made by June 30th to get the special group rate. After that date full rates may apply. Consider senior rates or other nearby hotels.
Reservations can be made by calling 1-304-296-3431 by June 30th for the special "Walnut Council" group rate of $77 plus 12% tax per night for single or double occupancy, including a full hot breakfast. More...

Confirmations will be sent within two weeks of receiving registration until July 8th. After that date receipts will be available at registration. All cancellations and requests for refunds should be received by Monday, July 15. A $10 per person administrative fee will be deducted from the total. Refunds may not be available after this date, check with Liz Jackson at 765-583-3501.
We have lots of space for exhibits in the banquet room where all indoor sessions will be held. Tables will be provided and will be available for the entire meeting starting on Sunday afternoon. We ask exhibitors to place an item of value in the silent auction in lieu of an exhibit fee.
The silent auction has become an enjoyable tradition at our meetings. We encourage companies, state chapters, and others to consider donating items to the silent auction. Proceeds support the Walnut Council Foundation, a charitable foundation supporting research and education, so your donations to the silent auction are tax deductible.

Meeting sponsorships help keep registration costs down and can be an effective mode of advertising for individuals, organizations, and companies who promote the culture, growth, and utilization of black walnut and other high value hardwoods.
