Hotel/travel information
The meeting headquarters will be the Ramada Inn on 20 Scott Avenue in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Participants need to make their own room reservations before June 30, 2013 to qualify for the "Walnut Council" group rates.
Reservations can be made by calling 1-304-296-3431 for the special group rate of $77 plus 12% taxes per night for single or double occupancy. There is a full hot breakfast included for each registered guest. Additional charge for third and fourth persons in room of $5.
The hotel includes a restaurant and lounge, outdoor heated pool, free wi-fi and fitness center. Airport shuttle service is available.

DIRECTIONS
From I-79, Take exit 148 which places you on I-68. Then take exit 1 (University Ave). Turn left onto Rt 119 North. At the next light turn left, (Scott Ave). Ramada is the first drive on the right.
