Hotel/travel information

The meeting headquarters will be the Madison Marriott West at 1313 John Q. Hammons Drive in Middleton, Wisconsin (on the west edge of Madison).

Participants need to make their own room reservations before July 14, 2011 to qualify for the "WALWALA" group rates.

Reservations can be made by calling 1-608-831-2000 for the special group rate of $99 plus 10.5% taxes per night for single or double occupancy.

The hotel includes a restaurant and lounge, indoor pool, whirlpool, and fitness center. Airport shuttle service is available on request. Check out the hotel website at www.marriott.com for more information.

15 miles to Greenway Blvd (exit #252).
Turn left on Greenway.
Turn left on John Q. Hammons Drive.
